Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are provided with your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and may be subject to an additional charge.

 

Registered Guests

Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests and does not exceed the accommodation’s stated maximum occupancy.

 

Visitors

Visitors are welcome only with prior approval and must respect the property, other guests and these house rules. Overnight visitors must be added to the reservation where permitted.

 

No Parties or Events

Parties, large gatherings and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance by Sugar Mill Residences.

 

Noise & Neighbours

Please keep music, conversations and other noise at a considerate level, particularly during evening and overnight hours. We ask guests to respect the peaceful surroundings and neighbouring properties.

 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations. Where outdoor smoking is permitted, please use appropriate areas and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

 

Pets

Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved before arrival.

 

Care of the Property

Please treat the accommodation, furnishings, appliances and outdoor areas with care.

Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing items that are damaged, lost or excessively soiled during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Please report accidental damage or maintenance concerns as soon as possible so we can assist.

 

Safety

For your safety:

• Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security equipment or safety devices.

• Do not leave cooking appliances unattended.

• Turn off appliances, lights and air conditioning where appropriate when leaving the accommodation.

• Keep doors and windows secured when the property is unattended.

• Children should be supervised at all times.

 

Keys & Access

Keys, access cards or entry codes provided for your stay must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

Lost keys or access devices may be subject to a replacement charge.

 

Parking

Please use only the designated parking areas and avoid blocking entrances, neighbouring properties or access routes.

Vehicles and personal belongings are left at the owner’s risk.

 

Housekeeping & Cleanliness

Please help us maintain the accommodation by keeping it reasonably clean during your stay.

Excessive cleaning, staining, damage or misuse of the property may result in additional charges.

 

Furniture & Property Items

Please do not remove furniture, linens, towels, appliances or other property items from the accommodation.

Indoor furniture should not be moved outdoors unless specifically intended for outdoor use.

 

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities, dangerous behaviour and the possession or use of prohibited substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Guests must comply with the laws of Saint Lucia during their stay.

 

Before You Leave

Before checking out, please:

• Remove personal belongings.

• Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate areas.

• Leave used towels and linens as instructed.

• Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances where appropriate.

• Secure doors and windows.

• Return keys or access devices according to the checkout instructions.

 

Respecting Your Stay

Failure to follow the house rules may result in additional charges or, in serious cases, termination of the stay without refund.
