1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and approval.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from Sugar Mill Residences.

 

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

 

3. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Sugar Mill Residences reserves the right to cancel reservations that are not secured within the required timeframe.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation using the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email.

Cancellation terms (e.g., refund eligibility or penalties) will be outlined at the time of booking confirmation.

 

5. Occupancy

Guests must not exceed the maximum number of occupants specified for each accommodation type.
Additional guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.

 

6. Use of Property

The property is intended for residential use only.
Parties, events, or excessive noise are not permitted unless prior approval is granted.

 

7. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
Costs for repairs or replacements may be charged accordingly.

 

8. Liability

Sugar Mill Residences is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to secure valuables in the safe provided.

 

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion if policies are violated.

 

10. Agreement
